Middle Full Stack Developer – Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications utilizing Java and contemporary frontend technologies.

• Lead by example and mentor a development team in their daily deliverables.

• Continuously enhance engineering practices.

• Facilitate technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure the production of clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Take ownership of features and independently deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in commercial software development using Java.

• Strong proficiency with Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript and React.js.

• Experience in designing and developing APIs.

• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Expertise in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries.

• Familiarity with design patterns, clean code principles, and testing methodologies.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willingness to adopt modern AI tools in daily development workflows, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.

• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.

• Leadership-oriented mindset with a practical approach.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused attitude.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Team player with a collaborative spirit.

• Ability to accurately estimate workload and commit to delivery schedules.

• Nice to have: experience with microservices architecture.

• Nice to have: cloud and cloud-native experience, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Nice to have: OSS/BSS integrations and familiarity with CAMARA and GSMA standards.

• Nice to have: experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
