Frontend Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Engineering Manager while working remotely on a full-time basis from your home.

• Design and sustain intricate, high-quality web applications utilizing React.js and contemporary front-end technologies.

• Work in collaboration with designers and backend teams to produce responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.

• Write clean, well-organized, scalable code in accordance with best practices and documentation standards.

• Enhance application performance to ensure speed, scalability, and a seamless user experience.

• Identify, debug, and resolve issues throughout the development, testing, and deployment phases.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and remain updated on emerging front-end trends to influence technical direction.

• Collaborate with team members from the Innovation Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with React.js.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Practical experience with GraphQL or RESTful APIs.

• Experience in developing responsive user interfaces.

• Knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies.

• Familiarity with tools like Atlassian Cloud.

• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and WCAG.

• Ability to craft inclusive and user-friendly digital experiences.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX is advantageous.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress is a plus.
