This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Oversee and enhance infrastructure within both bare-metal and distributed settings.

• Automate the provisioning and configuration processes using Ansible and related tools.

• Provide support for CI pipelines and refine delivery workflows.

• Work with environments based on Docker and manage service orchestration.

• Support and manage services built on PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka.

• Develop and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production services.

• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and initiatives for reliability improvements.

• Collaborate with developers to streamline service deployment, support, and scalability.

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or related fields.

• Proficient in Linux systems.

• Practical experience with Ansible and a solid understanding of Docker.

• Hands-on experience supporting services utilizing PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka.

• Familiarity with CI and delivery automation practices.

• Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks.

• Strong foundational knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.

• Basic scripting abilities in Bash or Python.

• Capability to work autonomously and assist developers in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Russian and English at a B2 level or higher.

• Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency projects is a significant advantage.
