Mid-Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accountable for communication and coordination with essential project stakeholders

• Works alongside the Business to supply design contributions and estimates for the creation of requirements documentation

• Records system design and program specifications in technical design documents

• Develops programs and writes code according to the sanctioned solution plan documents

• Performs unit testing on developed code to verify program performance as per design at the unit level

• Engages in quality, process, and continuous improvement efforts throughout all tasks and deliverables

• Collaborates with vendors or conducts independent investigations to resolve errors reported during SIT and UAT

• Executes the aforementioned responsibilities in alignment with the company's software development lifecycle standards

• Strong comprehension of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including third-party vendors

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels

• Robust analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Proficient in analyzing business processes and their integration within the company infrastructure

• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
