Mid-Senior Agent Harness Engineer, Python, TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop Agent Runtime Systems; enhance and refine agent runtimes

• Create frameworks for tool orchestration

• Construct systems for memory and context management

• Implement verification loops and self-assessment mechanisms for agents

• Enhance reliability and accuracy of execution

• Deliver Integrations; create integrations with business platforms and APIs

• Implement OAuth, webhooks, schema mapping, and data synchronization

• Design dependable workflows that utilize real customer data

• Support integrations across various platforms including: Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, QuickBooks, Notion, Microsoft Teams, and Slack

• Oversee containerized workloads

• Boost scalability and system reliability

• Optimize performance of infrastructure and manage operational costs

• Support high-volume production workloads

• Deliver user-facing features directly into production

• Collaborate closely with founders and product stakeholders

• Take ownership of technical surfaces from start to finish

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building or significantly altering AI agents

• Proficient in Python development

• Strong skills in TypeScript development

• Familiarity with agent architectures and orchestration systems

• Experience in rapidly shipping production software

• Strong systems thinking and capability in architectural decision-making

• Experience in working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems

• Solid understanding of AI-assisted development workflows

• Contributions to open-source projects within AI ecosystems (preferred)

• Experience with developer tooling and automation (preferred)

• Background in creating custom agent workflows, MCP servers, or CLI tools (preferred)

• Familiarity with infrastructure and DevOps practices (preferred)

• Experience with applications for Slack or Microsoft Teams (preferred)

• Previous experience in a startup or as a founder (preferred)

• Strong interest in AI systems, evaluation methodologies, and emerging models (preferred)
