This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Design, customize, and sustain Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Work alongside business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Establish and oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to guarantee application performance and reliability.

• Offer technical support for issues related to Salesforce.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

• Document development workflows, code modifications, and system configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration methodologies.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator (preferred).

• Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred).

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

• Experience with version control systems such as Git (preferred).
