This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales of products in the field of diagnostics and visualization, including connectivity, to hospitals and ophthalmologists.
• Close collaboration with colleagues to generate opportunities and position the Alcon product portfolio, including connectivity, with customers.
• Development and alignment of market knowledge and competitive landscape to create strategies.
• Conducting device demonstrations for customers both independently and in support of colleagues.
• Training of strategic key customers.
• Implementation of promotional activities in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Gathering market information on current and new products, promotional initiatives, and positioning.
• Achievement of sales targets and other business objectives, including market share, installation growth, training goals, and active collaboration with colleagues.
• Degree in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical technology sector.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer and sales-oriented mindset, with confidence in closing deals and negotiating.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about building new markets.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities.
