This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and expand a pipeline: Identify and cultivate new business prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and industry connections.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Engage and connect with decision-makers at targeted restaurant brands.
• Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
• Manage the Sales Process: Conduct discovery meetings to grasp customer challenges and business objectives.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations customized to the specific needs of each prospect.
• Position GRUBBRR solutions based on measurable business outcomes.
• Create proposals and business cases that effectively convey value.
• Oversee opportunities from initial outreach through to signed agreements.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation.
• Foster Lasting Customer Relationships: Build trust through responsiveness, transparency, and follow-up.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, prospects, and industry contacts.
• Create customer advocates who will provide referrals, references, and future opportunities.
• Represent GRUBBRR in a professional manner at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with quota responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and securing new customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other similar CRM systems.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including regular visits to the GRUBBRR headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.
