
Mid-Market Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing for SMB and mid-market hospitals, community health systems, and physician groups (typically facilities with 50–500 beds or organizations of similar complexity).
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, attendance at conferences, partner referrals, and inbound leads.
• Engage with key stakeholders such as CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, Chiefs of Departments, IT Directors, as well as coding and quality leaders.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of each prospect’s clinical workflows and operational challenges, linking Avo’s value to their most pressing needs.
• Conduct structured, consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations customized to align with each prospect’s priorities.
• Efficiently and professionally navigate mid-market procurement processes, including contract reviews, security questionnaires, and budget discussions.
• Keep precise pipeline records and forecasting updated in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with clinical success and product teams to ensure seamless transitions and share customer feedback.
• Represent Avo at industry events, webinars, and conferences relevant to community hospitals and health systems.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on selling to healthcare organizations (hospitals, health systems, physician groups, or similar).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a full-cycle, closing position.
• Experience managing mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders across clinical, operational, and administrative areas.
• Comfortable engaging both clinical leaders (CMOs, CIOs, department heads) and operational/IT buyers within the same transaction.
• Excellent discovery and communication skills: you ask insightful questions, listen attentively, and adapt your message to suit your audience.
• Highly organized and self-reliant: you manage your own pipeline, take ownership of your calendar, and keep your CRM up to date.

• Compensation and Equity: $85,000 – $110,000 | OTE: $170,000 – $220,000 plus equity.
