📋 Description

• As a member of our Customer Success team, you will contribute to the ongoing growth of our High Touch Mid-Market Customer Success function. In this position, you will implement, train, and facilitate the adoption of Ashby among customers throughout the region, closely collaborating with a skilled group of four Customer Success Managers on the EMEA Mid-Market team.

• You will develop expertise in both the product and the domain to empower our customers to maximize their use of Ashby, ultimately driving excellence in hiring.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a proven history of customer success experience in B2B SaaS, with at least two years dedicated to supporting the implementation and adoption of intricate technologies. In this role, you will oversee implementations lasting four to eight weeks while consistently delivering value throughout the customer journey.

• You’re adept at managing a portfolio of approximately 60 mid-market customers, totaling over $1.5M in annual recurring revenue. You enjoy building relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders while assisting existing teams in driving adoption and retention.

• You have experience collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

• You take pleasure in becoming a product and industry expert, having done so in a prior customer success role. You can create ‘Ah ha!’ moments by customizing training and product walkthroughs to meet a customer’s unique challenges.

• You have worked with technically sophisticated products and demonstrate a strong curiosity to delve into details and comprehend how things function.
