Mid Market Customer Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee mid-market SaaS implementations across several simultaneous projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Take ownership of the complete client journey, from onboarding to successful adoption, ensuring customers derive measurable value.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and project sponsors throughout the client portfolio.

• Deliver user training, technical support, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate client insights into the product roadmap and address technical challenges.

• Maintain momentum across implementations, ensuring projects stay on schedule while proactively addressing any obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading mid-market SaaS implementations in diverse stakeholder environments.

• Strong project management capabilities, including scoping, timeline oversight, risk management, and driving outcomes independently.

• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is highly advantageous.

• Robust technical aptitude regarding integrations and workflows, with direct collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and managing expectations with various client contacts.

• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach in dynamic environments.

• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a significant advantage.
