• Lead revenue generation for Numeral by managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and activation for mid-market clients.
• Create a consistent sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and collaboration with partners.
• Execute a high-velocity sales strategy with a strong focus on qualification and deal discipline.
• Perform product demonstrations and assist customers through a consultative evaluation process.
• Successfully close a significant number of deals while achieving strong conversion rates and annual contract value (ACV) targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with finance, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Prioritize results: pipeline generation, revenue growth, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain organized pipeline management and reporting within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product, design, solutions, and engineering teams to integrate customer feedback.
• 4–6+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales in a full-cycle closing role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in closing a high volume of deals (15–25+ per quarter) with average ACVs ranging from $20K to $100K.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting and the ability to independently source pipeline.
• Ability to effectively communicate Numeral’s value proposition to finance teams and key business stakeholders.
• Experience managing a high-velocity, multi-threaded sales process.
• Excellent consultative selling capabilities with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• High adaptability and comfort in a rapidly changing startup environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
