• Take full ownership of the sales process — from qualification to closing — with average land deals ranging from €35–45K ARR.
• Experiment with and scale outbound strategies to develop a consistent and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Forge long-term strategic partnerships with engineering leaders and other technical decision-makers.
• Enhance sales efficiency by refining internal processes, resources, and tools.
• Work closely with the Product team to relay customer insights and influence development decisions.
• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a BtoB SaaS environment.
• Experience with Mid-Market sales: Comfortable closing 4-figure deals in the Northern European market.
• High quota achievement: You have maintained a quota exceeding 600K ARR in your current or previous positions.
• Proven top performer: A history of ranking in the top 10% of your sales team.
• Strong technical aptitude: Experience selling to highly technical stakeholders (IT operations, DevOps, SecOps, software engineers) and/or familiarity with coding and/or an engineering background.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You identify growth opportunities, propose actionable plans, and execute them independently, without needing extensive structure or processes.
• Hunter mentality: Demonstrated success in outbound sales.
• Bonus points: Experience in open source, developer tools, PLG companies, and/or startups in Series A-C funding stages.
