📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Account Executive to take ownership of the entire sales process — focusing on multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops that are prepared for growth, aiming for 2 new rooftops each month.

• Drive growth.

• Manage the complete sales journey from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.

• Engage with multiple stakeholders (8-10) to pinpoint decision-makers and advance deals.

• Create innovative outreach methods and effectively communicate Tekmetric's value proposition to shop owners and operators. Contribute to product and marketing strategies.

• Identify pain points and business objectives of potential shop owners and multi-location operators.

• Provide data-driven insights to the Product and Operations teams to enhance sales velocity and customer adoption. Facilitate customer success.

• Collaborate with Onboarding on results-oriented Proof of Concepts and ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.

• Introduce new clients to their Customer Success Manager, ensuring they are set up for long-term success and minimizing churn to below 1%. Manage your pipeline effectively.

• Proactively prospect, solicit referrals, and cultivate relationships to establish a robust, self-generated pipeline.

• Build your reputation within the auto repair community and represent Tekmetric at both local and national events.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market or full-cycle closing role.

• Strong preference for knowledge of the auto service industry — understanding the operations of shops and SMS platforms is a notable advantage.

• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

• Self-motivated and capable of establishing your own structure — this is essential.

• Willingness and capability to travel — this is essential.

• Possess a project mindset: able to navigate a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle with discipline.

• Excellent communicator, attentive listener, and problem solver with strong time management skills.
