This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Target, oversee, and sell to a designated geographic territory with fewer than 1,500 employees.
β’ Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, to effectively populate Sumo Logic's sales pipeline.
β’ Develop and present accurate sales forecasts.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations using web tools for prospects and customers.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to provide an exceptional experience for prospective customers and ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying experience in selling B2B applications, including on-demand/SaaS, IT Infrastructure Management, or Cloud Security solutions.
β’ Proven track record of exceeding quotas when selling to a technical audience, such as IT operations, Security, and DevOps teams.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong collaborative mindset.
β’ A robust contact network within the Big Data ecosystem is highly desirable.
β’ Proficient user of Salesforce.
