This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Achieve or surpass the annual sales quota as outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan incentive agreement.
• Contribute to the success of the designated territory by managing the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and needs assessment to negotiation and closing, engaging in both transactional and multi-year deals as well as professional services for existing clients and new Mid-Market prospects.
• Proactively reach out to Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, Data Managers, and other key decision-makers through both outbound and inbound lead generation strategies while meeting target activity goals.
• Facilitate sales meetings and showcase solutions to clients and prospects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the ImageTrend sales process, products relevant to the assigned territory vertical, and complementary solutions within the portfolio.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate ImageTrend’s value proposition, fostering urgency, excitement, and enthusiasm among prospects, and advancing the sale towards closure.
• Generate and present accurate sales forecasts by effectively managing the sales pipeline and maintaining data integrity, including capturing, updating, and reporting necessary sales data in the CRM, Gong, or other systems, as well as providing data and territory reports to management upon request.
• Develop strong relationships internally and externally, collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, colleagues, and all other stakeholders to identify opportunities, devise sales strategies, retain clients, share ideas, and assist with process enhancements.
• Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, execute approved business strategies, and review territory planning progress with leadership to ensure goal achievement.
• Act as a company ambassador to support lead generation and fortify relationships with ImageTrend clients, prospects, partners, and other external audiences.
• Oversee and coordinate the RFP and contracting processes for opportunities within the assigned territory, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to complete necessary steps and ensure the deal moves through the sales cycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, market opportunities, and other developments, providing insights or suggestions to enhance products and processes.
• Travel to trade shows, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as needed.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated full-cycle sales experience, preferably in the public safety/healthcare sector and/or SaaS sales environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to present, influence, negotiate, and persuade key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• A successful track record in driving sales growth by managing and developing an assigned territory of accounts with a strategic prospecting plan.
• Familiarity with Sandler Selling or another similar consultative sales methodology.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to different audiences.
• Technical aptitude to learn new systems, with experience using MS Office Suite, CRM, Gong, or other comparable sales technology tools.
• Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities or market conditions.
• Willingness to share best practices with the team or others to elevate and accelerate organizational results.
• Capability to forecast an accurate sales pipeline using data-driven insights.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary and sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and broaden knowledge or skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration, and team orientation.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 25%.
