This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, manage, and finalize new business opportunities.
• Effectively convey the benefits of Ethena and illustrate how our solutions can alleviate the challenges faced by prospects.
• Build strong relationships through a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
• Successfully engage multiple stakeholders to develop champions within various teams.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline; Stay informed about deal progress and ensure accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Regularly achieve or exceed sales targets each quarter.
• Travel occasionally throughout the year to participate in significant events and meet prospects face-to-face.
• Proven experience in SaaS full-cycle sales, especially in complex, non-transactional deals within small, high-growth teams.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and excelling in acquiring new business.
• Established capability to actively manage the pipeline, advancing opportunities through each phase.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in emerging technologies and the capacity to link them to business outcomes.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to create a significant impact.
• Builder mindset - you enhance the strategy rather than merely executing it.
• Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation platforms (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
• Committed to Ethena’s mission, with a strong desire for learning and personal growth.
