This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Utilize your creativity and insight to formulate strategies that effectively resonate in the marketplace, generating demand and interest in our offerings.
• Work in harmony with marketing to leverage campaigns, product launches, and promotions that appeal to your target audience.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy, including prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing opportunities.
• Qualify and manage leads throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Support and utilize field marketing, product launches, promotions, and other lead or sales-generating initiatives.
• Efficiently gather market intelligence on prospects and competitors through various resources.
• Achieve or surpass quota expectations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in selling complex B2B software products.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in prospecting and utilizing tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Proven success using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, particularly technical CXOs and VPs.
• A consistent record of overachievement, demonstrating multi-year quota success.
• A dedicated team player with a relentless drive to succeed.
• A college or university degree; technical backgrounds or disciplines are preferred.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC used to drive business outcomes with customers and prospects.
