This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and target new school and district accounts through focused outreach, utilizing existing networks, and engaging in educational events.
• Lead prospective clients through the sales process, from initial outreach to closing, ensuring effective communication and a customized approach.
• Build strong relationships with education leaders, gaining insight into their challenges and objectives, and positioning Brisk’s solutions as beneficial options.
• Travel around 25-30% of the time to meet with prospective schools and districts, participate in educational conferences within the territory, and represent Brisk at industry gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience and a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
• Collect insights from potential customers to communicate with our product and leadership teams, contributing to the development of future products and strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas, including at least 2+ years of experience in EdTech sales.
• Previous experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong passion for understanding and addressing customer challenges, with a genuine interest in K-12 education.
• Ability to work autonomously and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal results for both clients and the company.
