• Promote Abnormal security solutions within your designated territory, aiming to exceed new annual recurring revenue targets.
• Engage with Mid Market accounts (organizations with fewer than 3,000 mailboxes) from the initial outreach to contract signing, while also pursuing upselling opportunities once they become customers.
• Identify and develop new business prospects within Mid Market accounts (organizations with fewer than 3,000 mailboxes) to create a sufficient pipeline for achieving sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate timely renewals and identify expansion sales opportunities.
• Act as a representative for customers and prospects with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, the POV team, Product, and Marketing to ensure appropriate prioritization for closing additional revenue.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
• At least 4 years in a role as an individual contributor.
• Proven ability to generate a disciplined pipeline through various channels (prospecting, marketing, referrals, partners).
• Strong skills in qualifying customer needs and presenting ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
• Proficient in executing a consistent sales process with a focus on time management.
• Capable of effectively navigating both internal and customer buying processes.
• Skilled at gathering and applying customer insights to enhance execution.
• Thrives in dynamic, early-stage environments with limited resources.
• Works collaboratively across various functions (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success).
• Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
• In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
