• You have at least 4 years of experience in administering Linux systems (particularly Debian and Ubuntu) in High Availability production environments.
• You can effectively analyze technical solutions in terms of risk, benefits, and costs (ROI) – understanding that efficiency is crucial in business.
• You design, implement, and modernize diverse client environments, both in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises models.
• You actively utilize the observability ecosystem, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager/Karma – understanding system behavior under load and anticipating and solving issues before they impact end users.
• You use automation tools for critical SLA processes, building a repeatable and genuinely resilient infrastructure.
• You possess solid experience in IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet; plus GitLab/GitHub mechanisms + CI/CD); thinking critically, you choose tools that match the scale of the problem and the client's needs.

• Paid on-call duties – planned in advance and carried out as a team.
• Commitment to high standards of data and infrastructure security is fundamental for us, not a side project.

• Modern equipment (MacBook Pro, mobile internet, internal equipment rental).
• Private medical care / sports card.
