
Mid-Level Video Editor – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Edit videos for acquisition campaigns and social media content (including Reels, Shorts, Ads, etc.)
• Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance the visual appeal of content.
• Produce engaging cuts, captivating captions, and compelling hooks to maximize viewer retention.
• Collaborate with traffic (ads) and social media teams to craft narratives and creative assets aimed at conversion.
• Optimize formats and styles based on campaign performance and analytical metrics.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with each brand's standards.
• Conduct research on references, trends, and current formats within the U.S. market.
• Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor, ideally within advertising or social media.
• Proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Basic skills in motion design and storytelling tailored for advertisements.
• A creative mindset, a strong aesthetic sense, and a strategic approach to content creation.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of executing tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis is an advantage.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading and comprehension) is a plus.
