Mid-level UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Transform business goals and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.

• Perform user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) with assistance from the team.

• Examine both qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights.

• Work collaboratively with product managers and developers to ensure practicality and alignment with business objectives.

• Refine design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and input from stakeholders.

• Create and sustain design systems and style guides in partnership with the team.

• Promote accessibility and inclusive design principles.

• Effectively communicate design rationale and lead design reviews.

• Keep abreast of UX trends, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in UX Design or comparable positions.

• Background in conducting or assisting with user research and usability testing.

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs.

• Capability to work with clients and address their requirements.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
