Mid-level Systems Analyst, Java, Quarkus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain applications utilizing Java and the Quarkus framework;

• Perform analysis, elicitation, and comprehension of business requirements;

• Convert business needs into effective technical solutions;

• Maintain code quality by implementing development best practices;

• Engage in code reviews and facilitate the team's technical advancement;

• Investigate and address issues in a structured and proactive manner;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee aligned and consistent deliveries;

• Handle multiple tasks and stay organized to uphold visibility of priorities;

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java;

• Practical experience with Quarkus or similar frameworks;

• Familiarity with relational databases (data modeling, SQL queries, query optimization);

• Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues;

• Genuine interest in comprehending the business aspects beyond the technical details;

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture;

• Proficiency with source control (Git);

• Solid understanding of system architecture concepts and integrations;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies;

• Nice-to-have / Differentials:

• Experience in the retail sector;

• Familiarity with automated testing practices;

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines;

• Experience working in agile environments;

• Familiarity with messaging systems and system integrations.
