This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Independently plan and conduct workshops with stakeholders (business, system owners, risk/compliance) to identify, clarify, and organize requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose changes from an end-to-end perspective (from user front to back-office systems).
• Maintain and organize the backlog (epics, features, user stories) in collaboration with the Product Owner/system owner, including refining scope, breaking down large initiatives into smaller components, and ensuring requirement consistency.
• Share responsibility for backlog prioritization (e.g., MoSCoW, WSJF) considering business value, risks, dependencies, and technical constraints.
• Create and maintain analytical artifacts: BPMN, UML (use case, sequence, component, ERD), requirement specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, system dependency maps.
• Design changes to existing solutions with a fundamental yet conscious consideration of architecture (system layers, components, dependencies, non-functional constraints).
• Collaborate with architects in designing system integrations and preparing/specifying interfaces (APIs, messages, data contracts).
• Provide basic support to development and QA teams (clarifying requirements, explaining business context), while maintaining a primary focus on the backlog, documentation, and collaboration with the business.
• Support UAT: prepare test scenarios based on requirements, verify that implemented functions meet business needs.
• 3–5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst in IT projects, preferably in an agile environment.
• Experience in the financial sector (banking, insurance, or related areas: loans, policies, payments, settlements).
• Proven experience in independently conducting workshops with business and system owners—from preparing the agenda, leading the meeting, to summarizing and following up on actions.
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN, as well as the ability to model processes, use cases, and basic solution architecture.
• Basic understanding of integrations and solution architecture: comprehension of the role of APIs (REST/SOAP), integration layers, queues; awareness of typical integration patterns and constraints (e.g., synchronous vs. asynchronous calls).
• Experience working with backlogs (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps): maintaining correctness of descriptions, acceptable levels of detail, and coherence of acceptance criteria.
• Ability to write clear, unambiguous requirements (user stories, use cases, specifications) and acceptance criteria that are understandable to both business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of SQL at a level that allows for independent data verification (query, join, basic aggregations) and supporting problem analysis reported by the business.
• Fluent in Polish and very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Readiness to start: Ability to commence collaboration immediately.
• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in Poland.
• Impact: A genuine opportunity to shape IT solutions for key market players without unnecessary corporate bureaucracy.
• Seniority Culture: Work alongside experts with experience from the world’s largest consulting and technology firms.
• Attractive remuneration: At Exerizon, we value concrete results, which is why our rates reflect the highest market standards.
