Mid-level Systems Analyst – Dynamics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects while delivering operational assistance.

• Play a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement of the Dynamics environment.

• Create functional specifications, technical documentation, solution validations, and acceptance testing procedures.

• Oversee incidents, service requests, and project-related demands associated with the system.

• Provide guidance to key users and internal teams regarding functionality and process modifications.

• Diagnose and resolve system-related issues and incidents.

• Aid business units in defining requirements and mapping processes effectively.

• Support integrations with other systems and assist in managing deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including functional configuration, parameterization, and ongoing support.

• Skills in incident analysis and resolution, encompassing triage, scenario reproduction, log analysis, and root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with Brazil localization for D365, such as NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, SPED, taxes, CFOP, and ICMS/IPI/ISS.

• Basic understanding of X++ and extensions.

• Soft skills include analytical thinking, an end-to-end process perspective, organizational abilities, prioritization, proactivity, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with integrations utilizing Microsoft ecosystem APIs is a plus.

• Knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI is advantageous.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) is a plus.
