Mid-level Systems Analyst – AI Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and aid in the collection of requirements while defining the functional solution for project development;

• Collaborate with clients, partners, and colleagues throughout the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the solution to be developed;

• Establish the development strategy, encompassing program structure, performance considerations, usability, interface design, database design, code reuse, and component utilization;

• Oversee and assist in the development of projects at every stage;

• Identify application issues, carrying out necessary analysis and documentation for resolutions;

• Comply with and adhere to the established development schedule;

• Estimate and outline the time needed to implement new features and system corrections;

• Train Product and Support teams on topics related to Systems Analysis and Programming; align them on new system features and development requests; and provide justification and added value through the adoption of suggested best practices;

• Compile documentation related to analysis processes;

• Initiate and manage projects within the project management tool.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related discipline;

• Proficient understanding of methods for analyzing, designing, and interpreting ERP systems;

• Familiarity with AI engineering and its application in utilizing artificial intelligence solutions;

• Understanding of Structured Modeling;

• Experience with Project Management is preferred;

• Knowledge of logic, algorithms, programming languages, and database systems;

• Awareness of quality assurance, planning, and system usability.
