Mid-Level Project and Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee technology projects

• Act as the intermediary between business departments, technical teams, developers, and vendors

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, metrics, and provide status updates

• Follow up on requests, escalate issues, and eliminate obstacles to facilitate project advancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Project Management and/or IT Governance

• Proficiency in tracking projects, timelines, deliverables, metrics, and status reports

• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with project and request management tools, preferably ServiceNow

• Familiarity with dashboards and performance metrics

• Knowledge of Generative AI tools utilized in productivity and daily work processes

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business areas, developers, vendors, and IT teams

• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of or experience with Jira, SAP, POS systems, retail store operations, Middleware, APIs, systems integration, Data Lakes, and Cloud technologies

• Proactive, dynamic, organized, hands-on individual with a sense of urgency and capability to work independently
