• Oversee, document, monitor, and analyze change requests (Change Requests), ensuring process compliance and traceability.
• Manage the integration, packaging, versioning, and promotion of software artifacts across controlled environments.
• Perform merges for parallel builds, resolve conflicts, and maintain the consistency of source code.
• Implement naming conventions, organization, traceability, and governance for configuration items.
• Provide support to development, testing, and integration teams, ensuring suitable environments for UAT (homologation), validation, and solution deployment.
• Engage in deployment processes, control releases, and promote versions across development, staging/UAT, and production environments.
• Prepare, maintain, and execute the Configuration and Change Management Plan (CM Plan).
• Monitor indicators, conduct compliance audits, and ensure the integrity of software products.
• A completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Proven experience with Configuration and Change Management within enterprise systems and software development projects;
• Knowledge of version control, lifecycle, and state management of configuration items;
• Familiarity with deployment processes, release control, and version promotion;
• Proficiency in TortoiseGit;
• Experience in source code versioning;
• Skills in branch management, merges, and version control;
• Understanding of change control and process traceability;
• Experience in the integration and versioning of software artifacts;
• Capability in executing merges and resolving conflicts;
• Application of governance and traceability for configuration items.
