This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as a Performance Analyst within the Value vertical of the Revenue team, reporting to the RevLead of the vertical.
• Develop and maintain analytical views, dashboards, and metrics related to commercial performance, revenue, targets, and results.
• Ensure consistent definitions and the reliability of information.
• Analyze the customer journey from prospecting to contracting and the expansion of the customer base.
• Identify bottlenecks, losses, and opportunities for conversion.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to investigate variances between targets and actual outcomes.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of revenue forecasting models.
• Track the pipeline, scenarios, and risks associated with target achievement.
• Support action plans and initiatives while measuring their impact post-implementation.
• Prepare performance reports for sync meetings, business reviews, and committees.
• Transform analyses into clear materials that convey key messages and explicit recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Convert business inquiries into analyses and actionable insights.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite data exploration, query development, and content creation.
• Automate and document reports, analyses, and definitions, ensuring the knowledge base remains organized and reusable.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Planning & Performance, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Growth, or Strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL along with experience in extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with data and BI tools such as Databricks, Metabase, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Experience in building dashboards, metrics, and performing funnel or customer-journey analyses.
• Regular use of generative AI tools for data analysis and deliverable creation.
• Experience working with CRM data and understanding commercial-funnel logic in data-driven environments.
• Preferred: background in complex B2B sales or enterprise accounts.
• Preferred: experience in technology firms or fintechs.
• Preferred: experience in developing AI-powered workflows, automations, agents, MCP integrations, APIs, or similar solutions.
