This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform comprehensive analyses to identify fraud patterns and explore opportunities to enhance security processes.
• Oversee and evaluate Pix transaction flows in real-time.
• Identify behavioral anomalies in Pix transaction alerts while ensuring the experience of legitimate customers is preserved and financial losses are minimized.
• Recognize, map, and document emerging patterns of fraudulent activities.
• Aid in the development, testing, and refinement of monitoring rules, metrics, and fraud detection workflows.
• Examine system information and perform advanced web research (OSINT) to validate customer activities and consistency, thereby mitigating risks.
• Achieve daily and weekly productivity targets (SLA) while upholding technical rigor and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Keep an eye on potential instabilities or anomalies in internal and partner systems that may affect operations.
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in fraud prevention.
• Preferred: background in e-commerce, banking, or fintech.
• Practical understanding of how the Pix ecosystem functions, including its rules and dynamics.
• Experience utilizing market databases and credit bureaus for data validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, particularly spreadsheets for data cross-referencing.
• Preferred: familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools aimed at optimizing workflows and data logic.
• Preferred: coursework in document examination or digital scam prevention.
• Preferred: knowledge of tools for real-time transaction monitoring.
