Junior Implementation Analyst – Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the agile and effective delivery of optimal solutions for clients, prioritizing successful implementation and an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead introductory meetings with new clients, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, responsibilities, and success criteria.

• Monitor project adherence to the established schedule by tracking milestones and commitments with all involved stakeholders.

• Execute implementation and go-live checklists in collaboration with clients.

• Collaborate closely with the technical team, translating client requirements into actionable tasks, aiding in prioritization, and overseeing execution until completion.

• Actively oversee projects, identifying risks, eliminating obstacles, requesting updates, and ensuring deadlines and alignment are met.

• Manage communications via WhatsApp Business, addressing inquiries related to implementation, features, and operations.

• Identify incidents or defects and areas for enhancement, suggesting modifications to improve the customer experience and/or internal processes.

• Document customer account information, procedures, business models, and other pertinent details to ensure a seamless handoff and coordination with responsible teams.

• Track and report team metrics, fostering collaboration with other Asaas teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience in project management, encompassing scope, timelines, risks, and communication across various teams.

• Background in client relations and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Prior knowledge or experience in fintech, payment processing, acquiring, collections, or financial services.

• Understanding of technology solutions and digital products, including e-commerce, online services, and SaaS platforms, with the capability to comprehend integrations and operational workflows.

• Intermediate proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Prior project management experience is a plus.
