Mid-level .NET Developer, ASP.NET WebForms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and sustain features of the Optimus platform, a SaaS solution dedicated to facilities management, maintenance, and operations.

• Maintain and upgrade web applications developed with ASP.NET WebForms.

• Create and uphold backend functionalities utilizing .NET / C#.

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and integration of platform APIs and services.

• Focus on improving performance, stability, security, and usability of the system.

• Engage in technical analysis of requests, refine requirements, and define solutions alongside Product, QA, Customer Success, and Data teams.

• Aid in bug resolution, incident investigations, and analysis of production behavior.

• Work with relational databases, primarily SQL Server, including crafting queries, stored procedures, adjustments, and performance evaluations.

• Contribute to technical organization, uphold code quality, manage version control, and implement engineering best practices.

• Facilitate the gradual evolution of the platform architecture, taking into account the context of an operational SaaS product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Proven experience in developing web applications with .NET / C#.

• Practical experience with ASP.NET WebForms.

• Proficiency in SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, views, and relational modeling.

• Experience in maintaining, evolving, and supporting enterprise systems in a production environment.

• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with version control, preferably Git / Azure DevOps.

• Capable of analyzing requirements, proposing technical solutions, and performing fixes independently.
