Mid-level Matera Solutions Consultant, CCS/JUD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct surveys and diagnostics to gain insight into the client's processes, challenges, and needs.

• Assist in mapping technical and business requirements to develop suitable solutions.

• Engage directly in the implementation of Matera solutions, including clearing, reconciliation, and settlement systems (Matera CCS), payment methods, and digital banking.

• Contribute to the configuration and deployment of Matera JUD solutions (judicial/legal demands).

• Collaborate with the development team to modify and tailor products in line with the specific needs of each project.

• Carry out and oversee integration and acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring quality and functionality of solutions prior to production.

• Track the performance of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for enhancements and system optimization.

• Keep abreast of new regulations and market practices to propose innovative solutions.

• Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and seamless project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the implementation or maintenance of Matera solutions.

• Strong practical knowledge of Matera CCS and Matera JUD.

• Experience in technology projects involving requirements analysis, system configuration, and technical support.

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with project management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

• Analytical abilities for data processing and evaluation.

• Excellent communication skills to lead technical meetings and align with clients.

• Results-driven, with the capability to address moderately complex issues.

• Adaptability, resilience, and comfort in team environments.
