Mid-level Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance marketing campaigns across various channels, with an emphasis on demand generation and performance effectiveness;

• Oversee activities throughout the marketing funnel to maintain coherence between acquisition, nurturing, and conversion stages;

• Evaluate campaign and channel performance metrics, suggesting ongoing, data-informed enhancements;

• Create and refine automation workflows and audience segmentation to boost campaign effectiveness;

• Conduct experiments (A/B testing, various channels, strategies), assess outcomes, and apply insights gained;

• Collaborate with departments such as Sales and Product to ensure strategic and execution alignment;

• Engage in departmental processes and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline;

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance marketing and demand generation;

• Proficiency in managing marketing funnels and utilizing marketing automation;

• Background in content marketing and digital media;

• Knowledge of AI tools utilized in marketing;

• Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Semrush;

• Experience in B2B marketing;

• Analytical, data-oriented mindset;

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities;

• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in fast-paced settings.

• Preferred:

• Experience within SaaS or technology firms;

• Background in the mobility, delivery, or marketplace industries.
