Mid-Level Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance new functionalities for services developed using Java/Kotlin and preferably Golang.

• Create and sustain CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing Terraform and Bitbucket.

• Build and manage applications leveraging AWS-based cloud infrastructure.

• Disseminate and exchange software development expertise.

• Participate in formulating new architectures concentrating on payment flows.

• Aid in the advancement and optimization of application observability.

• Collaborate with the team on the design of data-centric systems.

• Employ AI tools to expedite development, code reviews, and the automation of daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Java.

• Proficient in Docker.

• Solid understanding of REST services.

• Experience with messaging and data-driven architectural designs.

• Background in agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with Git.

• Experience with AWS services.

• Knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD practices.

• Understanding of SQL.

• Experience in developing microservices.

• Knowledge of observability principles.

• Acquainted with AI tools applicable in software development.

• Preferred: familiarity with Node.js Lambdas.

• Preferred: background in Golang.

• Preferred: understanding of React.

• Preferred: involvement in microservices projects.

• Preferred: experience with AWS EC2, ECS, SQS, and Route 53.
