Mid-level Implementation Project Analyst

📋 Description

• The Implementation Project Analyst should possess in-depth knowledge of Mercafacil’s products, processes, and implementation phases, along with exceptional client relationship skills to serve as the primary contact for the implementation projects they oversee. They will guide the entire process and supervise all phases in collaboration with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, employing formal techniques and project management practices, thoroughly documenting the entire process and steering the client towards post-implementation success based on the client's requirements, product features, and the agreement between Mercafacil and the client.

• It is crucial to understand that this position will be the client's primary contact and key reference following the commercial closure; ensuring that the client's initial experience is friendly, informative, objective, transparent, and personable is vital for successfully completing this phase within the agreed timelines and expectations.

• Serve as the central point for the entire implementation process by managing stages and deadlines, coordinating and connecting all parties involved, including the client, partners, and Mercafacil’s internal teams. Responsibilities include:

• Creating comprehensive project schedules and allocating resources based on availability;

• Conducting alignment meetings with the client to grasp their needs, expectations, and specific details;

• Ensuring all internal and external stakeholders have a clear understanding of project scope, timelines, and responsibilities;

• Conducting regular checkpoints with clients and internal teams to align status, clarify queries, and modify actions as necessary.

• Continuously update and oversee all internal project management tools and communicate relevant information clearly and objectively, keeping all stakeholders updated on project progress and possible obstacles, proactively addressing them when needed;

• Actively engage throughout the process, beginning with validating project feasibility with the sales team, mapping the operation, and demonstrating how Mercafacil’s solutions will enhance the client’s daily functions, supporting technical configuration steps, managing testing and validation, and transitioning the client to the CS and Support teams;

• Document and share key information such as operational maps, customization details, strategic client contacts, and other pertinent data with other departments within Mercafacil, including CS and Support;

• Assist the client throughout the process by addressing questions and providing guidance on solution usability and operational requirements, such as the necessity for populated data on the platform, integration types and their limitations, communication methods (visual via assets, through campaigns), business rules, etc.;

• Mediate situations involving misunderstandings, conflicts, or unexpected events, navigating the project strategically toward solutions that best meet the client’s needs, ensuring project success and client satisfaction;

• Share reports and conduct regular follow-ups with the client and internal teams, ensuring transparency and accessibility regarding project status.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, Communications, or related fields;

• Practical experience with tools like Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project;

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.);

• Ability to align client objectives with product benefits to maximize delivery value;

• Capability to document and develop workflows, operational maps, and critical information in an organized and accessible manner to produce clear and objective management reports;

• Knowledge of quality control and customer satisfaction metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, etc.;

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and make informed strategic decisions with clients;

• Negotiation and influencing skills to strategically guide the project for both Mercafacil and the client;

• Experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects, ideally related to technology in system implementations, enhancements, innovations, or customizations;

• Hands-on experience with projects following agile methodologies and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment;

• Experience working with large and strategic clients where negotiating project criteria and directing implementations according to those clients’ needs is essential, while remaining focused on internal principles, guidelines, and contractual specifics.
