Mid-Level Frontend Developer, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create websites according to the technical and functional specifications provided by the client.

• Ongoing maintenance, development, and troubleshooting for existing websites.

• Utilize source control tools like GitLab for managing code versioning and releases.

• Test websites across various browsers to identify any technical issues.

• Collaborate with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple web applications.

• Participate in daily meetings to update on the progress of assigned tasks and attend biweekly meetings for project planning, along with other necessary meetings.

• Complete tasks and deliver projects punctually while maintaining the highest standards.

• Offer suggestions for enhancing the application and improving user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Web Developer.

• Expert knowledge in React.js and its fundamental principles, with proven experience in architecting complex applications.

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using popular React.js workflows (like Redux, Flux, or MobX), focusing on performance optimization and code maintainability.

• In-depth knowledge of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a solid grasp of best practices and emerging trends in frontend development.

• Mastery of modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack), including the capacity to configure and optimize build processes for large-scale applications.

• Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a strong focus on efficient data management and integration.

• Advanced understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub), with experience in leading code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

• Demonstrated proficiency in ensuring cross-browser compatibility and implementing responsive design techniques, emphasizing the delivery of consistent user experiences across various devices and platforms.

• Exceptional ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating maintainable software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in Agile development environments.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
