This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives aimed at attracting qualified leads for the sales team through various channels such as paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email marketing, content, and SEO.
• Sales Funnel Optimization: Oversee and enhance every stage of the marketing and sales funnel, from initial attraction to lead qualification (MQL/SQL), while continuously striving to boost conversion rates.
• Demand Generation Content: Partner in the creation of gated content (e-books, webinars, templates, success stories) that act as digital lead magnets and educate the accounting sector about our solutions.
• Marketing Automation: Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, segment audiences, and personalize communications, ensuring that the right message reaches the appropriate individual at the optimal time.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign metrics (CPL, ROI, conversion rate, lead volume) and generate comprehensive reports, pinpointing areas for enhancement and optimization to maximize return on investment.
• SEO and SEM with Conversion Focus: Engage in SEO optimization for critical terms relevant to the accounting audience and oversee SEM campaigns with a clear aim of generating leads and business opportunities.
• Collaboration with Sales: Maintain ongoing, synergistic communication with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with commercial objectives and the quality of leads provided.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of trends in the accounting software industry and best practices in demand generation, consistently seeking to innovate and introduce new ideas.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Robust experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, with a proven emphasis on demand generation (Lead Generation) and marketing automation, ideally within B2B companies.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Advanced proficiency with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on performance and lead acquisition.
• Strong skills in Google Analytics and data analysis tools for optimizing the sales funnel.
• Understanding of SEO strategies aimed at driving qualified traffic and conversions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) for monitoring the lead lifecycle.
