This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance integrated paid, organic, and direct media campaigns aimed at acquiring trials and leads;
• Establish targeting strategies, budgets, and bidding across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.;
• Develop and refine ad creatives while conducting A/B tests to boost campaign performance;
• Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversions, among others), generate insights, and enact continuous improvements;
• Oversee campaign budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness;
• Compile management reports and present findings along with strategic recommendations to both the team and leadership;
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are in line with company objectives;
• Remain current on paid media and performance marketing trends, applying best practices on a daily basis;
• Assess communication opportunities and propose actions to enhance marketing-funnel outcomes;
• Engage with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to weave content into customer journeys;
• Evaluate results and identify strategic initiatives for the department.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 2–3 years of experience in paid, organic, and direct media (portfolio required);
• Expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret digital metrics (Google Analytics and BI tools) and optimize campaigns through A/B testing;
• Experience in managing budgets and performance objectives/metrics;
• Knowledge of sales funnel strategies, lead generation, and trial acquisition;
• Familiarity with ad automation and optimization tools (SEMrush, Ads Manager, etc.);
• Experience with communication automation tools such as Salesforce, RD Station, Intercom, and analysis through Google Analytics;
• Proactive in identifying and applying new trends and innovations in the digital market;
• Analytical skills to monitor marketing metrics and interpret performance data;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Energetic and proactive approach to tasks.
