📋 Description

• Develop an actionable overview of the sales funnel, including conversion rates, productivity metrics, and the identification of critical bottlenecks;

• Create analyses and diagnostics that link data to actionable plans aimed at enhancing conversion rates and operational efficiency;

• Assist in the management rhythm by providing dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that aid in decision-making and forecasting;

• Advance data governance practices to ensure consistency, reliability, and proper utilization of metrics;

• Aid in the construction of forecasts and the early detection of target risks through comprehensive analyses and scenario simulations;

• Implement and improve AI solutions (e.g., AI agents, automation, assisted diagnostics) to enhance efficiency and operational scalability;

• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to turn insights into actionable execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in SQL for complex queries and managing large data volumes;

• Proficient in Python (at least at an intermediate level) for data analysis, automation, and supporting AI solutions;

• Capability to work autonomously with source data while maintaining quality and consistency (modeling, joins);

• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, data lakes, or data warehouses;

• Proficient in BI tools to create decision-oriented dashboards (preferably ThoughtSpot);

• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and metrics related to the sales funnel;

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations (the “so what”);

• Clear communication focused on business outcomes;

• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in fast-paced settings.
