Mid-Level Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and technology team members to ensure the smooth integration of business requirements with system functionalities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Anticipate, gather, analyze, comprehend, validate, coordinate, document, and manage business and functional requirements related to the structured project lifecycle across product releases or projects.

• Support project management in implementing customer solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts.

• Document, analyze, and interpret business policies and processes.

• Conduct gap analysis and evaluate results.

• Manage workload to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Present information clearly to customers and respond promptly and accurately.

• Manage data using Requirements Management Tool(s).

• Take on additional related responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience in the lottery industry is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, and Adobe XD, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Familiarity with Requirements Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Miro) is essential.

• Ability to establish robust customer relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly developed analytical skills and creativity to devise solutions for business challenges.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of facilitating communication between technical and non-technical staff as well as customers.

• Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.

• Interest in cutting-edge technical solutions and a willingness to learn complex systems.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to present innovative solutions.
