Mid-level Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collect and specify requirements in collaboration with users and business divisions

• Articulate business rules in a clear and succinct manner

• Create verifiable acceptance criteria

• Develop structured functional specifications for the modules you oversee

• Recognize dependencies and integration points among different modules

• Organize queries, decisions, and outstanding items throughout the requirement elicitation process

• Utilize AI tools to assist in drafting and organizing specifications

• Review and revise documents in accordance with established quality standards

• Collaborate closely with client operations to gain insight into practical processes

• Sustain a delivery pace and rhythm that aligns with the program delivery schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in requirements analysis for enterprise software

• Expertise in requirements elicitation and detailed specification

• Proficient in writing business rules

• Ability to construct objective and verifiable acceptance criteria

• Experience in developing functional specifications

• Basic understanding of data modeling concepts

• Familiarity with integrations between modules

• Capacity to identify scope boundaries and functional interdependencies

• Knowledge of AI tools for drafting and organizing specifications

• Skill in critically reviewing AI-generated content while maintaining independent judgment

• Background in retail or optical/eyewear sectors

• Experience in laboratory environments

• Insight into franchise operations

• Familiarity with financial processes

• Prior experience in the implementation or enhancement of management/ERP systems

• Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma
