Mid-Level Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Posting, classification, reclassification, accounting provision, and reversal

• Support departments in analyzing figures and ensuring correct accounting classification

• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring information accuracy

• Manage the flow of documents and oversee processes related to payments and receivables

• Prepare supporting documentation and reports, ensuring proper document control

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, guidelines, procedures, and work instructions

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)

• Experience in the accounting field

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and company consolidation

• Technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and/or BR GAAP (CPC) will be considered an advantage

• Hands-on attitude & proactivity (a proactive mindset is essential!)

• Strong organizational skills
