Microsoft365 – Collaboration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

• Plan and execute iCloud replacements or integrations utilizing App Protection Policies (MAM) and structured OneDrive migrations.

• Provide consulting on information architecture, collaboration strategies, and user adoption initiatives.

• Design and operate modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).

• Implement Windows 11 rollouts, device strategies, and security baselines.

• Create and maintain smartphone and device policies for iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.

• Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.

• Develop and implement modern identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID.

• Implement Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Zero Trust principles.

• Manage the migration and decommissioning of on-premises Active Directory environments.

• Establish governance policies and compliance controls as a sustainable foundation for secure cloud environments.

• Plan and implement Azure Landing Zones focusing on identity, management, and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Cloud Architect, or in a similar role.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure.

• Proven hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MDM/MAM concepts, and mobile security (particularly Intune).

• Familiarity with Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance.

• Knowledge of identity and security architectures, particularly Zero Trust.

• Experience in migrating on-premises infrastructures to the cloud.

• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements.

• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong customer focus.

• Experience in providing technical leadership in projects and workshops in close collaboration with clients, architects, and internal teams.

• Proficient in German at a minimum B2 level and English at least at a B2 level.
