Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE transformation initiatives across various business units and regions.

• Supervise program governance, delivery roadmaps, risk management, budgeting, and reporting to executives.

• Oversee cross-functional teams comprising solution architects, developers, business analysts, and external vendors.

• Propel integration efforts within the Microsoft ecosystem, which includes Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.

• Partner with executive stakeholders to synchronize CRM strategy with business goals and operational transformation objectives.

• Guarantee delivery quality, scalability, security, and compliance across enterprise CRM environments.

• Assist in organizational change management, user adoption strategies, and optimization of business processes.

• Organize program dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones within agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise CRM program management or leadership in digital transformation.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE).

• Proven background in managing extensive enterprise CRM implementations and modernization programs.

• Strong comprehension of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.

• Experience overseeing complex integrations, data migrations, and multi-vendor delivery environments.

• Excellent skills in executive stakeholder management and communication.

• Familiarity with governance frameworks, program delivery methodologies, and transformation roadmaps.

• Capacity to operate efficiently in international and distributed delivery teams.

• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus.

• Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale industries such as finance, healthcare, telecom, or the public sector.

• Background in change management and business transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of agile program delivery frameworks.

• Outstanding communication skills.
