This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, personalize, enhance, and provide support for Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
• Design, construct, implement, and maintain custom functionalities within Dynamics 365.
• Design, develop, improve, and support functionalities for customer-facing Power Pages portals.
• Create and manage Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Dataverse components, and reusable platform designs.
• Provide support and enhancements to the organization’s Microsoft-supported Business Central and Dataverse/Dynamics integration frameworks.
• Design, troubleshoot, and maintain API-driven integrations.
• Identify opportunities to broaden the practical application of CRM across diverse workflows.
• Facilitate effective solution management, environment promotion, deployment methodologies, documentation, testing, and governance.
• Diagnose issues, monitor system functionality, and enhance system performance.
• Over three years of practical experience in developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, combined with 3+ years of relevant experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform; OR 6+ years of equivalent hands-on platform engineering experience.
• Proven experience in building or supporting customer-facing portals, self-service experiences, or external business applications utilizing Power Pages, Dataverse, custom components, APIs, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in designing and supporting integrations between CRM, portals, ERP systems, APIs, data sources, and operational workflows, with a solid understanding of data quality, security, and maintainability.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM through C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, integrations, and platform extensibility.
• Must possess authorization to work legally in the United States for The Battery Network, with or without sponsorship.
