Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring its stability, functionality, and alignment with business objectives.

• Partner with stakeholders to discover enhancement opportunities, outline requirements, and execute solutions.

• Collaborate with both external partners and internal teams to roll out new modules and features.

• Ensure appropriate system configuration, data integrity, and security measures are in place.

• Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (such as CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Data Warehouse).

• Perform gap analysis and create improvement plans for process optimization.

• Provide user training, comprehensive documentation, and support after deployment.

• Manage change control, testing, and release management activities.

• Ensure adherence to IT policies, data governance, and audit standards.

• Serve as Theeb’s subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 applications and associated business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

• Over 7 years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM).

• Practical experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs.

• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.

• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and project management.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficient in both Arabic and English.
