This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively participate in all stages of solution implementation, encompassing business process analysis, configuration, and testing.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that requirements align with business goals.
• Provide extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM applications.
• Follow the Argano Implementation Methodology diligently.
• Efficiently utilize the complete suite of Microsoft Technology and ALM stack tools.
• Manage the documentation of business requirements and anticipated outcomes for proposed solutions.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding modifications or customizations.
• Organize and oversee CRP and UAT activities in collaboration with the project manager.
• Contribute valuable resources to the Argano Knowledge Base.
• Participate in scope, risk management, evaluation, and mitigation planning.
• Exhibit strong qualitative analytical abilities pertinent to strategy development.
• Promote company growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities.
• Guide functional consultants and facilitate team knowledge enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert certification.
• Extensive consulting experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• At least four years of Dynamics implementation experience, including involvement in a minimum of three full life cycle implementations.
• Practical experience with D365 F&SCM, business process modeling, and essential LCS/PPAC tools.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft ALM stack and ADO for task management.
• Dedication to a process-driven approach in implementation methodology.
• Capability to analyze and understand complex business challenges.
• Application of advanced solution architecture and design principles.
• Reengineering business processes following industry best practices.
• Assisting with data migration, conducting workshops, and delivering training sessions.
• Leading system and user acceptance testing endeavors.
• Providing customer-centric support.
