This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

• Craft persuasive ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and engages the target audience.

• Perform keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign strategy.

• Implement tracking pixels, conversion events, and resolve tracking issues using tools such as Google Tag Manager.

• Monitor and refine campaign performance to enhance ROI and lower cost per acquisition (CPA).

• Analyze data utilizing GA4 and deliver actionable insights along with regular reports.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad copy and visuals are in line with campaign objectives.

• Manage product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Facebook Catalog.

• Keep abreast of platform updates and best practices in digital advertising.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying or digital performance marketing.

• Demonstrated experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display).

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and reporting methodologies.

• Proven track record in writing high-converting ad copy for Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

• Proficient in using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tags.

• Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush).

• Capability to work independently, manage budgets, and optimize for performance objectives.
